WELCOME TO
Neshama Wellness
Neshama Wellness is a Spirit-centered, biblically rooted and evidence-based approach to women’s wellbeing. At the heart is Spirit — our connection with God, nurtured through prayer, Scripture, worship, and gratitude. Surrounding this center are six practices that support embodied life: Care, Nourish, Support, Rest, Rhythm, and Calling. Spirit sustains us in every circumstance. These practices help us live well, serve others, and steward the body that God has given us. Neshama (נשמה) is a Hebrew word meaning “soul” or “breath,” representing the divine, immortal spark within a human being. Everything flows from there.
Our Philosophy
At Neshama Wellness, we begin with Spirit. Spiritual life is not dependent on perfect conditions. People have walked closely with God through hunger, persecution, exhaustion, and uncertainty. God sustains us — just as He sustained Moses on the mountain. The practices we teach are practical ways of allowing your spirit to bring the body back into alignment with God’s design – reconnecting with nature and returning to the sacred rhythms of everyday life. They help regulate the nervous system, nourish the body, bring order to the home, deepen relationships, and create space for rest — so women can live grounded, present, and purposeful lives.
When the flesh leads, it can carry the spirit into places that harm us physically and spiritually. Neshama Wellness teaches women how to care for the body as the vessel of the spirit, and how to gently order daily life. These practices help give the spirit back control of it’s earthly home, so we can live Spirit-led lives with peace and purpose, naturally flowing with the fruits of God’s Spirit.
